Meet the team

Shawn Henson

He’s steadfast in showing owners how to get out of a truck and stop turning the wrench.

Shawn Henson, Mr. 10-4 himself and co-founder of Your Home Services (later rebranded as Integrity Home Solutions), brings more than 20 years of experience in trades-related services.His expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, management, and operations is what allowed him to grow his home service company from $0 to $10 million in just four years.

Shawn is the rarest of company owners in the trades industry as he does not come from a technical background. In fact, it was his business acumen that gave him the edge over his competition. In 2021, at the conclusion of his fourth year in business, Shawn successfully sold to a private equity firm.

At the time of his exit, Integrity Home Solutions had 33 trucks (Plumbing and HVAC) on the road and approximately 50 employees.

As Co-Founder of Gray Wolf Strategies, Shawn has now decided to dedicate his time and efforts to helping home service businesses grow.

Michael Raymer

For the last few years, Michael has dedicated nearly all his focus to helping service-related business owners grow their companies.

Michael Raymer is an Operations and Staffing leader with more than 12 years of experience. He specializes in assisting companies with building business efficiencies by using effective processes and procedures. In addition to this experience, he is also an expert in staffing structure, hiring, employee retention, and culture building.

His background is originally derived from the trades where he assisted his father’s construction business as a young man. Throughout his career, he has assisted a number of large companies and consulted on very large projects.

His clients include: construction, plumbing and HVAC companies, as well as larger fortune 500 corporations such as Harley Davidson, World Fuel Services, Crown Equipment, and Stanley Black and Decker.

Robin Peay

Robin is an experienced customer service professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Robin Peay specializes in operations and CSR training in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and is passionate about helping others grow into confident individuals in person or over the phone. Robin has helped multiple companies increase their booking rates from as low as 30% to over 90%, teaching them to be efficient in overcoming difficult calls and understanding the importance of outbounding to result in more revenue. She has also helped Service Nation Alliance by hosting CSR training, and is a regular contributing member of Advisory Board 80. 

During her nearly six years as the office manager of Western Heating and Air, she helped the company grow by setting and managing Operation KPIs to maximize customer satisfaction and to ensure efficient operations. Her customer service and communication skills have been honed through formal education and certifications, and she has found success in being able to identify customer needs and act accordingly. Robin is also very adept at conflict resolution, and her ability to stay calm and positive during difficult conversations has been a major asset to her clients. 

Most of Robin’s education and training has been in leadership, customer service, and communication, which has equipped her with the skills to help her clients get to the next level.

Kirsten Weeks

Kirsten brings 15+ years of experience in call centers, operations, and Service Titan to the industry.

Kirsten Weeks grew up in the HVAC industry, learning from her father who worked his way up from technician to manager. Witnessing both the successes and challenges fueled her passion to help others achieve profitability. She began her career at 14, taking calls and dispatching technicians, upholding high standards instilled by her family.

Seeking new experiences, Kirsten ventured into restaurant management but her HVAC passion remained. Returning to the industry, she embraced ServiceTitan and dedicated herself to mastering the software. Her drive led her through roles as an office manager, call center leader, and Plumbing Service Manager, where her ServiceTitan expertise helped transform businesses.

For the past three years, Kirsten has focused on coaching others in ServiceTitan best practices and call center optimization. Her experience extends to operational consulting, helping companies of all sizes achieve growth and success. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys outdoor activities like sand volleyball, fishing, and hiking.
